Dear rescuers and veterans of emergency services!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on me personally I congratulate you on your professional holiday!

Rescuers are strong and persistent people who have dedicated their lives to the courageous profession, which is considered to be one of the most difficult and noble ones.

Pridnestrovian rescuers more than once, overcoming danger and often risking themselves, proved the ability and readiness to come to the aid of those who got into trouble. Thanks to the efficiently organized work in the republic, the number of man-made and natural fires, accidents on the water and other emergencies is reduced annually.

People believe in you, they rely on you in the most difficult situations, and you fully justify these expectations. The reward for your hard work is hundreds of saved lives, sincere respect from fellow countrymen who know that you will always come to the rescue.

I am confident that professionalism, courage, heroism, and dedication will continue to be faithful allies in such a responsible, difficult and noble service.
