The pre-sessional meeting

Members of the parliamentary faction "Obnovlenie" supported the initiative of the deputy of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov on making amendments to the law "On taxes on income of organizations". The document is aimed at creating conditions for the preservation and development of the industry sectors of the republic. The law-in-draft proposed to exempt them from paying income tax based on 5% return for the period from 2015 to 2016 in case of loss of industrial enterprises. According to parliamentarian, Sergei Cheban, today a number of industrial enterprises experienced financial situation worsening.

The parliamentarians recommended the adoption of the law-in-draft of Galina Antyufeeva to amend the Code of Administrative Offences, considered in conjunction with the draft decision of the Supreme Council on the interpretation of rules of the Administrative Code articles. We are talking about the possibility of consideration of cases on administrative violations by judges of the Arbitration Court.

The deputies also discussed the proposal of the deputy Vyacheslav Tobukh on enshrining the rules according to which official publication of normative legal acts proposed to understand their publication in the republican newspaper "The Pridnestrovie" or acts Assembly of legislation PMR or official internet-portal of legal information. Deputy Gregory Dyachenko noted that less than half of the people have access to the Internet in villages of the republic. In connection with this the initiative can be adopted in view of the fact that the official web portal of legal information will be an additional source of access to standards of Pridnestrovian legislation.

The final decision on these initiatives will be taken by deputies.
