Please receive sincere congratulations on the occasion of the state holiday - the Day of Russia on behalf of the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and me personally!

June 12, 1990 entered the history of Russia as the day of the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Russian Federation, was the starting point for the new history of the country, the creation of a strong prosperous state.

Russia as a guarantor of peace and security on the Dniester takes a special place in the life of our state. Pridnestrovie and the Russian Federation are united by the presence of deep historical, cultural and spiritual ties between our peoples. The inhabitants of the Republic, regardless of nationality, fully feel themselves as part of a single Great Russian world.

February 18, 2017, the President of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic signed a decree approving this holiday, which is now officially celebrated by Pridnestrovians.

Russian Federation on a firm foundation of rich historical traditions, is building a democratic society in which every citizen feels the support of his state, in which peace reigns, civil unity and harmony. At the same time, one of the priorities of Russian foreign policy is invariably the care of compatriots living outside of Russia.

This special day, please accept the best wishes of peace, good, and prosperity to the entire Russian state and to everyone who considers himself part of the Russian world.
