The Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov spoke at the event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

 “The Chamber of Commerce and Industry has a very wide range of activities. The institution was established at the end of the 16th century, the first Chamber of Commerce and Industry was registered in 1599, it exists to this day. This suggests that it is in demand in society, and in the world society, when there are interconnections between the business community at all levels, from microbusiness to the largest industrial giants. The interaction between the business community is carried out by the Chamber of Commerce. It is right. The deputy corps participated in this process more than once and more than one year. We are pleased to visit the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. It is the success of our enterprises in the foreign market that is associated with interaction with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry at various levels.

The entire development of the state, the economy, the budget, and the revenue side of the budget depend on how entrepreneurs treat their state, how they pay taxes, how they develop and how the state treats the business community, of course. The draft Budget and Tax Policy Concept speaks of reducing the administrative burden on the business community. This is a great idea, we will support it and will implement it. Thanks to such public organizations as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs, we must jointly develop entrepreneurial activity, of course. It is this program that will eventually increase the taxable base and the collection of taxes, which will then be used to develop infrastructure, develop medicine, education, and healthcare. The source is our business community.
