The list of issues on the agenda of the forthcoming plenary session belongs to the jurisdiction of the parliamentary committee on legislation. Parliamentarians will have to consider legislations in the second reading related to activities of the prosecutor's office.

Members of “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal) faction discussed the law-in-draft on preferential crediting of the agro-industrial complex and small business. The authors of the legislative initiative are the deputies Victor Guzun, Oleg Leontiev, Vadim Doni. According to the chairman of the Committee on Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry Viktor Guzun, preferential loans are to be issued to two categories of entrepreneurs. Beginning businessmen will be able to receive up to 10 thousand dollars at 6% per annum, subject to investing 10% of their own funds in the business. The expected grace period is two years. For those wishing to develop the current production, the maximum loan size will be 50 thousand dollars. The interest rate is 6% per annum for up to three years. The authors of the legislative initiative for this purpose suggest using the resources of the State Reserve Fund.

Members of “The Obnovlenie” discussed a law-in-draft aimed at increasing non-cash payments, reducing the share of the shadow market and increasing the transparency of cash flows. Members of the faction expressed concern that the republic is not yet ready for the widespread introduction of non-cash settlement. It was suggested to wait with the adoption of this legislative initiative and discuss it jointly with representatives of business and the public.
