Dear Pridnestrovians!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on the Defender of the Fatherland Day!

The 23rd of February is the holiday of courage and loyalty to the Fatherland, the holiday that has become truly nationwide, rightfully being a symbol of deep respect for all who serve the Motherland, protect the sovereignty and national interests of our republic.

This February day - the centuries-old history of the valor and heroism of the Russian warrior, who at all times guarded his homeland.

Epochs and generations have changed, but great victories, the inviolable unity of our people, the willingness to give their lives in exchange for peace in their native land instill pride in their defenders, for their Fatherland.

I am sure that by remaining faithful to the military oath, you will always fulfill your sacred duty of defender of the Fatherland with honor and valor, and cope with all the tasks set.

We say special words of gratitude to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War - low bow to you for your steadfastness and dedication shown on the battlefields.
