Legal acts can be published on the official website

It will be possible to officially publish legal acts not only in the print edition, but also on the official website of local government and self-government bodies. It is important that, after publication of legal documents on the website, they are required to be printed in the next issue of the newspaper. Relevant legislative changes were considered today in the course of the plenary session by deputies of the PMR Supreme Council.

This initiative belongs to the Bendery City Council of People's Deputies. They said that the preparation of a newspaper takes a long time, and, therefore, postpones the entry into force of official documents for an indefinite period. In addition, publishing on the site will help save money on print publications and will cover a large part of the population.

The parliamentarians adopted the amendments to the law "On local authorities, local self-government and state administration in the PMR" in the second, final reading.
