The legal framework is replenished with new laws

The President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed a number of laws adopted earlier by parliamentarians.

Amendments to the two laws, “On Information, Information Technologies and on Information Protection”, established at the legislative level a mechanism for executing court decisions on deleting information from the Internet, discrediting the honor, dignity or business reputation of citizens and legal entities. The new legal norm permits the bailiffs to issue a resolution on restricting access to this information in the global network if the information has not been deleted within the time limits set by the court. This feature will be an additional lever for the execution of a previous court verdict.

By signing the law “On Amendments to the Housing Code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the President closed a long-discussed topic: on the basis of what criteria should citizens pay for elevator services? The enacted legal norm stipulates that “the size of the maintenance fee for an elevator is calculated according to the current standards for one person registered at the place of residence”.

President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed the law that enacts the state target program "Support and development of tourism in Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for the years 2019-2026". Its main goals are to create a modern competitive tourism industry in the republic, improve the quality of the tourist product, and increase the attractiveness of Pridnestrovie. The mechanisms for its implementation are the following: the development and active supply of a tourist product; infrastructure improvement; promotion of the image of Pridnestrovie in the external arena. The republic has a significant tourism potential: rural (ecological) tourism, gastronomic, wine, medical, using the potential of natural places and enterprises, Pridnestrovian specificity. The total amount of funding provided by the program of activities - 17 million rubles. The program plans include holding a tourist rally and another investment forum this autumn, publishing a guide to Pridnestrovie, preparing professional guides on the basis of PSU, making and installing original signs of the main tourist attractions and routes, equipping tourist facilities with information panels, creating platforms for selling souvenirs, production of presentation films, videos, publication of a catalog of suppliers of travel services, etc.

After being adopted by the Supreme Council and signed by the President, the main amendments are the law on the republican budget. This year, on the basis of the property complex of the Republican Dental Clinic, the Republican Dental Clinic was established. The consequence of these structural changes was the need to determine a different procedure for the formation and payment of the state order for the provision of dental prosthetics services (manufacturing and repair of dentures) for privileged categories of the population. They are included in the list of socially protected budget expenditures. It is about the sum of 2 577 797 rubles. Tariffs and quotas for the provision of these services will remain at the same level.
