Victor Guzun talked about what led to such deplorable results. This is Government misunderstanding of basic economic processes and the use of incorrect tools. The Deputy reminded the chain of events that triggered a domino effect: retained 30% of salaries and pensions - fell consumer demand - decreased sales - reduced volume of imported goods - a thing of the negative tax revenue. Deputy mentioned the decision, which he called a fatal, an increase in import duties, which resulted in evolved "food tourism".
