The Government proposes to make adjustments to the patent tax system

Deputies considered in the first reading at the plenary session a package of legislative initiatives of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, which propose to adjust some of the rules of the patent taxation system used by individual entrepreneurs. Among the proposals is to exclude from the application for a patent, as well as from the permitting document itself, the name of the locality where the individual entrepreneur plans to work.

The Government proposes to eliminate the decreasing and increasing coefficients for the potential income of individual entrepreneurs working under the patent tax system, which were established by city district councils.

It is planned to adjust another legal norm. The government proposes to exclude one more line from the patent - indicating the number and make of the car for those individual entrepreneurs who provide passenger transportation services, the relevant Committee agrees with this proposal. The example was given at the plenary session of taxi drivers using official vehicles. According to current legislation, their patent must include all the data of the car they are driving.

The package of legislations, which makes adjustments to the work of individual entrepreneurs under the patent taxation system, was adopted by parliamentarians in the first reading in the course of the plenary session, work on the legislations continues.
