The Truth about the Afghan War

The Tiraspol Suvorov Military College hosted a meeting with the parliamentarian, chairman of the Pridnestrovian Association of War Veterans in Afghanistan, Igor Buga. It was dedicated to the 29th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, the website of the defense ministry reported.

Pupils of Suvorov Military College demonstrated a film about the war in Afghanistan, the participants paid tribute to the memory of the victims by a minute of silence. Igor Buga told the guys about the reasons for that war and his military way in Afghanistan.
