02.09.2022

The supreme Council deputies congratulated the republic and the Pridnestrovian people on the day of the 32nd anniversary of the formation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. Speaker of the Parliament Alexander Korshunov spoke about what Pridnestrovie means to him.

“Pridnestrovie for me is the Fatherland, to which everything can and should be given including life for your homeland, for your state, for your people. The symbols of Pridnestrovie for me are, for example, the Dniester, the Bendery fortress, the Wittgenstein park in Kamenka. That is, those places that symbolize the beauty and kindness of our land and our people”.

The wishes of peace and kindness run like a red thread among all the congratulations voiced today.

“I would like to wish on the day of the 32nd anniversary of our republic, first of all, peace over our Pridnestrovie. I would like to wish health and well-being to the citizens, and the speedy recognition of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. I hope and am sure that Pridnestrovie will become a full member of the world community,” said Vadim Kravchuk. He took part in solemn events in Rybnitsa together with other parliamentarians from Rybnitsa districts today.

Igor Buga noted that today the republic is actively developing, the young generation of Pridnestrovians is growing up.

“I want to congratulate on this day all Pridnestrovians and everyone who knows and loves Pridnestrovie on the anniversary of its founding and wish everyone peace, kindness, well-being in every family, children, happiness, a full cup - so that everything is fine for everyone. Our main success is that there is a republic, everything works in it. Peaceful sky above us is the most important thing,” said Igor Buga.

Deputy Andrei Safonov spoke about the dangerous situation in the world and especially around Pridnestrovie. The wishes of a peaceful sky overhead become especially relevant in this context.

Deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR Boris German in his native Dubossary took part in the celebrations in honor of the Republic Day, which traditionally began on Victory Square with the raising of the state flag of the PMR and the flag of the city and the ceremony of laying flowers at the graves of fallen heroes at the city Memorial of Military Glory. The deputy visited national farmsteads, exhibitions of arts and crafts, concert venues. According to Boris German, this holiday symbolizes peaceful coexistence and mutual understanding of people of different nationalities living in Pridnestrovie, beautiful cities, well-groomed fields.

“We have something to be proud of: we have built in 32 years an independent republic that has a worthy present and a wonderful future for new generations!” said the deputy.

The younger generation of Pridnestrovians did not stand aside. Chairman of the Youth Parliament Roman Efodiev noted that the Pridnestrovian youth is ready to live and work for the benefit of Pridnestrovie.

“I would like to congratulate all citizens of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on such a significant day. This is our republic, we live and study here. I would like to wish the youth that they continue to boldly look into the future, develop themselves and develop our republic,” Roman Efodiev said.
