Today, the safety and tranquility of civil society and the stability of the economic and social spheres depend on competent legal activity, professionalism and integrity of judges.

Acting on the principles of the rule of law, independence, transparency, and soundness of the decisions taken, the Pridnestrovian Constitutional Court makes a significant contribution to the fulfillment by the state of its main constitutional duty - the affirmation and enforcement of human rights and freedoms.

I am confident that the Constitutional Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic , with the recognition of its high responsibility to citizens and society, will continue to increase its efforts to strengthen the rule of law, firmly and consistently uphold the principle of the rule of law, and ensure that decisions made are perfect.
