The key professional principles of prosecutors that have made it possible to achieve high and stable results in solving the problems of strengthening and maintaining the rule of law, are independence, perseverance and fortitude – you have all these qualities.

You are entrusted with huge tasks to ensure law and order, to prevent crime, fight corruption, to comply with the law in all spheres of life, you are responsible for improving the legal culture of the inhabitants of our republic.

Your daily, painstaking work is a significant contribution to the stabilization of the socio-political situation and to the common cause for the benefit and prosperity of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

I am sure that your professionalism, competence, dedication to the cause will further contribute to strengthening the Pridnestrovian statehood, ensuring the law and the rule of law.
