You are always on the front line of the fight against crime in the most difficult conditions of the operational situation, actively contribute to maintaining stability in the country, ensuring the safety of every citizen, society and the state.

Your service requires special character traits, a firm belief in the rightness and fairness of your cause, deep knowledge, great endurance and personal courage. These are the qualities that have always distinguished employees of the security agencies.

Special gratitude on this day goes to veterans of the state security agencies. The traditions on which the employees of the security agencies are brought up will be a reliable and true guide for those who are in the ranks today.

I am confident that the effectiveness of your work will continue to contribute to the peace and well-being of the citizens of our republic.
