Archivist is an important and necessary profession. You like no one else maintain the connection between the past and the present, preserve the values ​​of the documentary memory of generations, history and culture, control the flow of documents and are responsible for the safety of documents in organizations, are important participants in the social sphere, contributing to the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the population, ensure and implement a unified state policy in the field of archival affairs and document management, coordinate activities on these issues of legal entities and individuals, exercise state control over compliance with the legislation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the field of archival affairs, and provide regulatory and methodological support for record keeping and archival affairs. Thanks to the work of many generations, archives are constantly replenished and become a reliable source of information, which is reflected in official papers, newspapers, audio and video recordings.

I want to emphasize that recently new technologies have pushed society towards the formation and rapid development of electronic document management, which will allow the department to increase labor efficiency and keep up with the times.

The work of clerks is invaluable in the field of document management. You have such qualities as attention, scrupulousness, composure, accuracy, responsibility, perseverance, and the ability to perform various tasks at the same time, which ensures the prompt movement of documents from the moment of their creation to full execution.

You managed in your tireless everyday work to preserve the memory of the difficult historical path of the young republic, of the people who played a significant role in its development. You provide a living connection between generations and times, painstakingly collecting priceless materials and evidence of the past.

I am confident that high responsibility and professionalism will continue to be the foundation on which we will preserve the priceless national heritage and create a truthful and objective chronicle of our state.
