Your noble service is difficult and dangerous, you are always at the forefront of the fight against crime, ensuring the safety of individuals and society, protecting the sovereignty, territorial integrity and constitutional order of our state.

A firm belief in the rightness and justice of the cause, courage and personal endurance, deep knowledge and dedication – these are the qualities inherent in security officers.

I express my deep gratitude to the veterans of state security agencies who pass on their life experience and knowledge to the younger generation, raising them to be true patriots of their homeland.
