It is the workers of culture who give joy from communicating with the world of beauty. You have precious qualities: a creative attitude to your work, enthusiasm, tirelessness, a desire to please and surprise people.

You continue folk traditions, make a significant contribution to strengthening interethnic friendship and harmony. Largely thanks to your activities, the spiritual and cultural wealth of the multinational people of our republic is preserved and multiplied. We have something to show and something to be proud of. Republican festivals, folk holidays and international competitions invariably attract wide attention of the inhabitants of Pridnestrovie.

It is very important today to cultivate love and respect for our native culture, create conditions for equal access of citizens to its wealth and look for new forms of popularization of our great cultural traditions.
