The graduates of PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko, graduated from high school with honors were today honored in the cultural and educational center of the saints of the Equal-to-the-Apostles Cyril and Methodius. Graduates received red diplomas from the hands of the President Vadim Krasnoselsky, Chairman of the parliamentary Committee on Education, Science and Culture Mikhail Burla, representatives of the executive branch of Government. Excellent graduates were congratulated by the rector of the university Stepan Beryl, thanking them for choosing the place of study.
President Vadim Krasnoselsky made a speech in front of the honors students. The head of state noted that the recognition of Pridnestrovian education is the most important step towards the recognition of the republic.
Members of the Youth Parliament Denis Sinyavsky and Vladislav Bigunenko are among those who received diplomas with honors. By tradition, the final word was given to graduates. Ekaterina Kot, who graduated from the Faculty of Economics, thanked the leadership of the republic for the opportunity to receive a decent higher education and for the attention paid to the issues of the state university. The ceremony of awarding diplomas ended with bright concert performances, prepared by the students of PSU named after T.G. Shevchenko.
