Increase the efficiency and efficiency of government services

The deputies examined amendments to the law "On the organization of the provision of public services". The author of the law-in-draft was the President Vadim Krasnoselsky. It is proposed to legislatively fix the fundamentals of the work of the public services portal, the launch of which is scheduled for July 1.

The portal was developed by the Government in the framework of the implementation of the Concept of Administrative Reform for 2018-2020, the main purpose of which is to improve the quality and accessibility of public services.

The system of the electronic turnover document includes 20 divisions: ministries, departments, state administrations of cities and districts. As the government representative emphasized, the list of public services that can be obtained at the portal will be expanded. It is planned to establish effective interdepartmental interaction and to establish a ban on state bodies to demand from citizens documents already in the possession of state institutions. The rules for issuing it will be developed for each service.

The deputies supported the law-in-draft in the first reading, noting that with its adoption the process of obtaining documents will become more accessible and faster for both individuals and legal entities. The list of permits will also be included in a single portal of public services.
