The heads of parliamentary Committees and Commissions voted to include additional issues on the agenda of the plenary meeting on June 26 in the course of the meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council, which was chaired by the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov. First of all, we are talking about the President’s legislations concerning the expansion of categories of recipients of state subsidies for the purchase of housing. Vadim Krasnoselsky proposes to include another category of public sector workers in the list – certified employees of the Investigative Committee. The initiatives of the President were received in the mode of legislative necessity and require prompt consideration, so tomorrow deputies of the Supreme Council will consider them in two readings at once.
Additionally, parliamentarians will discuss the economic block of issues prepared for consideration by the relevant parliamentary committee. There are Government legislations on the development of the tourism industry in Pridnestrovie among them. It is proposed for this purpose that the amounts of grants or subsidies provided to organizations or individuals for the development of rural tourism should not be taxed. Accordingly, funding will be allocated in full to the implementation of tourism projects.
It was decided at the meeting of the Presidium that plenary sessions in the Supreme Council will be held weekly. The next one will take place on July 3. The closing of the spring session of parliament is scheduled for July 17.
