Parliamentary agenda supplemented

In connection with the tragic events that took place in Kazan yesterday it was decided to honor the memory of the dead children, a teacher and a school employee near the building of the consular post of the Russian Federation according to the suggestion of the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov.

The Supreme Council Presidium supplemented the agenda of the next meetings with a number of legislations.

It is planned to consider in the first reading the law-in-draft "On conducting in 2021 a tax experiment on digitalization of office work and administration of the activities of individual entrepreneurs on the territory of the PMR" in the course of the meeting that is scheduled for tomorrow, May 13. This is an initiative of the Government. The law-in-draft proposes to transfer the process of office work and administration of IP activities into electronic form. Tax inspectorates will use special software for this. Individual entrepreneurs who voluntarily express such a desire will be able to take part in the digitalization experiment.

The deputies will consider tomorrow the draft law "On the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population." This is a legislative initiative of Sergei Cheban, Chairman of the Committee on Social Policy. He suggests that when registering the results of medical examinations, information about the diagnosis should be entered exclusively with the consent of the employee himself. It will be possible to indicate only the suitability or unsuitability for work in the medical report.

The deputies tomorrow at the plenary session will hear reports on the progress in 2020 of the state target program "Equal Opportunities" for 2019-2022 and the state program for providing housing for orphans and children left without parental care, which will operate until 2027. In addition, the deputy corps will have to hear the final reports on the implementation of the state targeted program of oncological assistance to the population, for the prevention of tuberculosis and immunization of the PMR population. These programs ended last year.

The deputy corps will consider the law-in-draft "On Amendments and Additions to the Law "On Personal Income Tax" at one of the next meetings in the first reading. There is a legal norm in the republic that provides for a property tax deduction in the amount of no more than 10 thousand minimum wage (104 thousand rubles) in case of construction or acquisition of housing on the territory of our republic. This amount of income is not taxed if a person bought an apartment for the first time. Such a provision of the law began to operate in 2001 in Pridnestrovie. Deputy Oleg Vasilaty proposed to increase the tax-free amount for large families who buy an apartment or build a house. This will partially solve the problem of large families who need to improve their living conditions, according to the deputy.

The deputy corps at one of the next plenary sessions in the first reading will consider the law-in-draft with additions to a number of laws. We are talking about the project "Buy Pridnestrovian!", namely about those organizations and enterprises that participate in this project. According to the current legislation, in order to officially transfer to organizations the right to use the “Buy Pridnestrovian!” trademark, you must pay a state fee. The Government proposed to abolish the state duty for entrepreneurs who want to use this sign on their labels.
