The next plenary meeting agenda was supplemented

Meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic took place online today. Parliamentarians discussed a number of issues that will be submitted for consideration by deputies at the upcoming plenary sessions.

The agenda of the plenary meeting, which will take place on the 15th of November, was supplemented by a number of legislations that introduce amendments and additions to tax legislation. Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Victor Guzun presented the final decision on which the parliament is expected to make next Wednesday to the Presidium of the Supreme Council the legislative initiative of the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. We are talking about introducing amendments and additions to the law “On Corporate Income Tax”. The legislative initiative proposes to regulate the procedure for forming the tax base for income tax for development organizations during the gratuitous transfer of property into state or municipal ownership or onto the balance sheet of organizations engaged in the production or supply and transmission of natural gas, electricity, heat energy or providing public water supply services, drainage, collection and removal of solid household waste, maintenance of elevators, upon completion of construction of housing facilities. Two draft Resolutions “On the approval of the State Program for the Execution of Voter Orders for 2023” and “On the Conduct of Control Activities by the Accounts Chamber of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” were included in the agenda of the plenary meeting, at the initiative of the relevant Committee. It is immediately planned in two more readings to consider changes to the law “On the budget of the Unified State Social Insurance Fund of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for 2023”.

The Committee on Social Policy, Healthcare, Labor, Family and Childhood Issues proposed considering two legislations in the course of the next plenary meeting. Changes to the law “On additional material support for citizens of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for outstanding achievements” in the second non-final reading and changes to the law on the budget for the current year through the Ministry of Healthcare.

Parliamentarians will have to consider a number of legislations, for which the Committee on Regional Policy and Housing and Communal Services is responsible in the course of the meeting on the 15th of November. The deputy corps will consider a package of legislations on amendments to the law on urban planning and the law on local authorities.

The Presidium decided that the next plenary meeting will be held on the 22nd of November.
