Its draft was additionally included in the agenda of the plenary session today.
The deputy corps will consider the initiative of the PMR President tomorrow in the mode of legislative necessity in the course of the plenary session. Vadim Krasnoselsky proposed to amend the law "On the republican budget for 2021", which relate to the state program for providing housing for orphans. It was possible to save 372.5 thousand rubles from the funds of the state program for providing housing for orphans and children left without parental care this year in the city of Bendery due to a decrease in the cost of a square meter of housing. You can buy an additional two apartments - one-room and two-room with the money saved. The law-in-draft is planned to be considered and adopted in two readings at once.
The Supreme Council will also consider law-in-draft with amendments to the law "On Excise" at the plenary meeting on October 20. The initiative of a group of deputies of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex was developed on the basis of citizens' appeals. The law-in-draft concerns the exemption from the payment of excise duty on an imported car under certain conditions for the heirs of the participants in the hostilities to protect the PMR and liquidators of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
Deputies will consider the law-in-draft with amendments to the law "On the unified social tax and compulsory insurance contribution" at one of the next plenary sessions in the final reading. The government came up with a proposal to halve the rate on the unified social tax for employees of enterprises who were trained in the dual education model, as well as their mentors.
