The supply of COVID-19 vaccine from Russia to Pridnestrovie depends on Moldova

The issue of allocation of the humanitarian aid of the Russian vaccine Sputnik V to Pridnestrovie has been resolved. The problem is in its delivery to Pridnestrovie, said the PMR Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov to the parliamentary press service in an interview following the visit of the delegation to Moscow.

The Parliament Speaker emphasized that all issues related to the life and health of citizens, the supply of vaccines, medical equipment and medicines were discussed in the course of the meetings of all levels.

The delegation of Pridnestrovie visited the research center named after Gamalei, where the first Russian vaccine against coronavirus was developed, and met with director Alexander Gintsburg.

Alexander Korshunov spoke about the meeting at the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The leadership of the Ministry of Health responded to the call for help in the fight against COVID-19 and is ready to help with medicines, medical equipment and provide teams of specialists to help our doctors.
