After signing by the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky, a number of legislative acts, which were previously adopted by the deputies, came into force.

Benefits have been established for persons with disabilities who are registered as an individual entrepreneur and carry out activities in the form of a self-employed person, as well as on the basis of a patent:

 I and II groups - in the form of a 90% reduction in the amount of the total tax payment;

 Group III - in the form of 75 percent reduction in the amount of the total tax payment;

for single parents (divorced parent who has not remarried; a widow (widower)  not remarried; a parent indicated in the birth certificate of the child who has not entered into marriage, or persons replacing them (adopter, guardian, trustee), raising a disabled child under the age of 18 years and (or) having a disabled person from childhood, in the form of a 70% reduction in the amount of the total tax payment;

 for one of the parents raising a disabled child under the age of 18 requiring constant care, and (or) having a disabled person dependent on him from childhood - in the form of 70% reduction in the total tax payment.

The provision at the legislative level of these benefits was caused by appeals of entrepreneurs.

The adjustments made to the law “On the republican budget for 2019” have been established: the procedure for forming the program for the execution of voter orders is approved by resolution of the Supreme Council. In the absence of a deputy of the Supreme Council in any of the districts, the electoral mandates are collected by the deputies of the respective local Council of People’s Deputies, approved by the decision of the session of the respective local Council of People's Deputies and transferred to the parliament for inclusion in the program for the execution of electoral orders.

The cost estimate for the state program of execution of voter orders in the context of the names of objects, types of work (services) and amounts for each type from the list of names is approved by resolution of the Supreme Council.

Another norm of this law establishes that the main managers of budget funds invite business entities to participate in the tender by openly publishing an announcement of its conduct on the official website of the customer and in the media no later than 10 working days before. If for the participation in the announced tender there was not a single commercial offer or a commercial offer was received from one economic entity, they postpone the date of the tender for at least 5 working days.
