The President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed a number of laws that were adopted by the deputy corps during the first plenary session of the autumn session.

Amendments to the law "On the Status of Servicemen" stipulate the release of servicemen who decided to continue their education in a correspondence or evening department, from tuition fees. The funds for this will be found in the republican budget. The privilege granted by parliamentarians will extend the action for the entire period of military service by conscription.

Amendments to the law will come into force on the 25th of September and will extend to legal relations that have arisen since August 1, 2018 (the date of the start of the draft campaign).

Approved by the President, the changes and additions to the Housing Code establish that the list of municipal services has been supplemented by the service for the collection and removal of solid domestic waste. The amount of payment for collection and removal of solid waste is determined based on the tariff for the export of 1 cubic meter of solid domestic waste and is calculated in accordance with the current regulations per person registered at the place of residence.
