To fill the budget and relieve the state of unnecessary expenses

Deputies in the course of the plenary session approved in the first reading a State list of small privatization targets for 2016-2017, under the jurisdiction of ministries and departments. The law-in-draft was presented by Minister of Economic Development Sergey Obolonik. He said that the purpose of privatization is to find additional sources to replenish the Social Stabilization Fund of the republican budget. In addition, it will free the state from the maintenance of inefficient facilities costs, as well as create conditions for entrepreneurial activity. According to Sergei Obolonik, it is planned to extend the application of the law in 2018.

Among adopted during the plenary session there is a law-n-draft, authored by Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeeva. Vice Speaker proposes to establish responsibility for the unlawful criminal proceedings. The norm concerns acts, committed for the purpose of obstructing business and have caused its termination or major damage. Relevant amendments will be made to the Criminal Code. According to developer of the law-in-draft, the rate will strengthen the responsibility of law enforcement officers for their actions, which often lead to partial or complete cessation of business.
