Help in resolving problems

The reception of citizens on personal issues was held by the PMR Supreme Council Deputy Chairman, deputy for constituency No. 25 “Western” Galina Antyufeeva. Not only Tiraspol residents, but residents of Bendery and Rybnitsa as well attended the reception with the vice speaker.

Everyone came to the deputy with their own problem. Some are having disputes with neighbors, some are asking for help in obtaining citizenship documents, others are looking for work.

The parliamentarian noted that citizens from socially vulnerable segments of the population often come to her appointments. The main problem is housing.

There has been since 2018 a state target program “Providing residential premises (apartments) or residential buildings for orphans, children without parental care, orphans and children without parental care,” designed for 10 years in Pridnestrovie. 235 apartments and houses worth 43 million rubles were purchased using funds from the republican budget during the first 5 years of the program. Moreover, 1179 orphans are on the waiting list to receive their own comfortable housing as of January 1, 2024.
