The Parliamentary Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens received many requests on the issue of registration of a land plot in a simplified manner. According to the law, registration of a land plot in all villages of the republic and cities, except for Tiraspol, Bendery and Dnestrovsk (until December 31, 2026), is allowed without geodesy within the framework of the construction amnesty, in the absence of disputes with adjacent land users, but in this case technical inventory of real estate objects (description, measurement of buildings and premises) can only be carried out by state technical inventory bureaus. Many turned to private Technical Inventory Bureaus, paid over 3 thousand rubles due to ignorance of the law, and as a result, the authorities in the villages did not accept these documents. Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeeva developed amendments to the relevant law to allow, in exceptional cases, the use of documents from private Technical Inventory Bureaus when registering a land plot in a simplified manner to help people with this problem. The Supreme Council generally supported this idea and adopted the proposed law-in-draft in the first reading.
The ban on technical inventory and registration of real estate in private Technical Inventory Bureaus will again be in effect from August 1 in the case of the formation of a land plot in a simplified manner According to the amendment to the second reading. Thus, it will be allowed to accept these documents from people if a commercial organization issued them before August 1.
Deputies of the Supreme Council adopted the law-in-draft on amending the law "On certain additional state measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors" in two readings at once, taking into account the amendment.
