The state will continue to support enterprises that were forced to suspend their activities during the state of emergency and quarantine.
Financial assistance is planned to be provided, in particular, to the Kamenka sanatorium "Dnestr", the health-improving complex "Dnestrovskie Zori" and the Tiraspol baby food factory "Shkolnik". These organizations could not work and receive income during the state of emergency. In order to retain staff, the management of the enterprises paid for idle time for their employees. However, the quarantine measures are still in effect. The amount of income that organizations receive from the provision of services has decreased significantly. Own funds are insufficient to cover all expenses.
The state is ready to pay part of the expenses at the expense of the republican budget. The law-in-draft proposes to pay 50% of the minimum wage for each full-time employee during the downtime.
In addition, it is planned to extend the term of preferential crediting for payment of wages. This norm will include transport organizations that transport passengers, as well as catering establishments that work for general education organizations. The law-in-draft proposes to set the maturity date of soft loans for such organizations until June 30, 2021.
The Supreme Council adopted the law-in-draft in the first reading.
