Help for people with special needs

Approximately 180 wheelchairs, 30 walkers, 20 mattresses arrived in Pridnestrovie today as humanitarian supplies from Ireland. Children and adults with special needs will receive it for free. The issue of transporting humanitarian aid to our republic was supervised by the Head of the parliamentary committee on social policy Sergey Cheban. The distribution to the cities and regions will be carried out by the Ministry of Social Protection and Labor. The inventory is in the warehouses of the capital's sports rehabilitation center for people with disabilities.

A charitable organization from Ireland has been sending humanitarian aid to Pridnestrovie for about 15 years. Medical facilities, boarding schools, rehabilitation centers and organizations supporting people with special needs receive it.
