Receiving of a license will be easier

24.01.2018

A law-in-draft, developed by the government, simplifying the procedure for obtaining a license was adopted in the first reading in the Supreme Council. The amendments concern the law "On licensing of certain types of activities". In the course of the plenary session, the law-in-draft was presented by the Minister of Justice Alexander Shevchenko. According to him, the proposed norms are designed to eliminate the existing legislative barrier. Currently, the license applicant must submit to the authorized body a copy of the constituent documents. At the same time, licensing bodies already have access to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs.

Earlier, the law-in-draft was supported by deputies of the parliamentary committee for the development of entrepreneurship and industry.

The derogation does not affect foreign legal entities. They are asked to establish a requirement to legalize the documents they submit, translate into Russian, as well as their notarization.
