During the last plenary session the Supreme Council supported the legislative initiative of the President, making a number of changes to the law “On the republican budget 2019”. Earlier, it was proposed by a group of parliamentarians. According to the chairman of the parliamentary committee on economic policy, budget and finance Alexander Korshunov these measures will allow a smooth transition from the old mechanism of public procurement to the new. Next year they plan to develop and launch an official website on which all information on procurement, requirements for suppliers and customers will be posted.
At the end of the session, the head of the relevant parliamentary committee spoke about the results that were achieved in the economic sphere in the outgoing year.
In early 2018, the tax rate on income was reduced for a number of industries. And today this has led to an increase in tax revenues to the budgets of all levels. A number of measures aimed at supporting the economy were prescribed in the law on the republican budget for this year. Among them - interest rate subsidies for the provision of long-term loans to enterprises for the modernization of production. Expected effect: an increase in jobs and tax deductions to the budget.
