Summarizing the spring session

The content of the July issue of the printed organ of the Supreme Council - “The Councils of the People” parliamentary newspaper  was finalized. The first page of the monthly is a story of international meetings that took place on the legislative platform, in particular, with the Chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Georgi Tsereteli.

Much attention in the first two summer months, both the people's representatives and their newspaper paid attention to the draft concept of fiscal and tax policy. Many polemical copies were broken. But the result is - the document was adopted in the second reading, however, in this mode it remained until the beginning of autumn. The activity of deputies in the creation of laws, the replenishment of the legal framework of the republic is reflected in a selection of publications under our permanent headings "Lawmaking Process" and "News of Lawmaking with a Short String".

One of the results of the fruitful activity of deputies was the possibility of obtaining preferential loans by business entities. Details - in the article "There is an idea - there is a loan".

The problems of young specialists were discussed by members of the Youth Parliament. Their views can be found in the publication "Young - about the young".

In the "Free Tribune" section this time, deputies Andrei Safonov and Viktor Guzun made speeches. In the author's articles, the first one insists on the need to preserve the status of Pridnestrovie as a social state, the second tells about the harmonization of the laws of Russia and Pridnestrovie with the example of investment laws and the legal framework in the sphere of support for exporters.

 The work of parliamentarians is not limited to writing laws, meetings with voters, citizens' receptions on personal issues. People's elected representatives are indispensable participants of various kinds of events that have great republican and local significance. The reader can learn about two of them from the publications "The Family Is the Support of the State" and "The Conversation with the Young Generation".

The article "The Dialogue at different levels" is devoted to the meeting of the Speaker of the Parliament Alexander Shcherba with the chairmen of the city and district Soviets of People's Deputies. Their themes are the summer health campaign and vacation pay for teachers.
