Summing up the scientific work

The scientific-practical conference "Economic, social and legal problems of the development of state and public processes" was held at Tiraspol Interregional University. At the plenary session, reports were made by representatives of the Supreme Council, the CEC, the Accounts Chamber and the Ministry of Education.

This conference is already the ninth in a row. This event is a kind of summing up the results of the scientific work of students and teachers over the year. Students - authors of the best reports and their mentors were awarded with diplomas. Special diplomas were awarded to participants in the scientific and practical conference held this year at the Kuban Technological University.

The Head of the parliamentary committee on education, science and culture Mikhail Burla in his report briefly dwelt on the economic situation of Pridnestrovie. He drew particular attention to the situation in agriculture, noting that such a Pridnestrovian resource as fertile soil is used to a minimum. He recalled that the republic has a negative balance in food trade.

The deputy also touched on the topic of innovation and science as the fundamental principle of economic development. According to him, science funding is only 0.16% of GDP, which is extremely small.

The Chairman of the Central Election Commission Elena Gorodetskaya told students about the work of youth election commissions. In addition, she focused on the topic of manipulative electoral technologies, which are primarily aimed at young people.

The Head of the Accounting Inspection Office of the Accounts Chamber Natalya Kirika devoted her report to the state of the budget sphere, and the Head of the department for inspection, certification and monitoring of the education system of the Ministry of Education Marina Tymchek outlined the personnel problem in educational institutions.

Student reports were heard in four thematic sections, covering the areas of economics, law, management and the humanities.
