Deputy corps supported the proposal of deputies Vadim Krasnoselsky and Gregory Dyachenko to enshrine election mechanism and authority of the persons, which in common parlance is called a senior on the house or the house manager. The initiative was born based on the numerous appeals of citizens. Gregory Dyachenko told about premises of the law-in-draft development.
