Regular reception of citizens on personal matters at the end of the working week was conducted by deputy of the Supreme Council of the 13th constituency "Central" (Dubossary) Peter Pasat.

The reason for the frequent meetings of the voter and the people's deputy is in the long unresolved relations with the neighbors living in the private sector. The situation is classic in many ways and is characterized by the so-called controversy on the border. The neighbors switch off water because water line is in their garden, and it is particularly alarming in the heat of summer, they erect capital structure erected for pets at the very border. And it lasts during many years.

Local authorities and the district prosecutor's office and the deputy were involved in solving of this domestic conflict. The applicant addressed the President, but there is still no answer, it is the third month of expectations. Personal enmity between neighbors reached such a pitch that the city agencies due to an extraordinary situation, even consider the possibility of a new water pipeline building in the area.

Lydia Annikova has other life conflict. The retired person for seven years had been living in Ukraine for family reasons. But she had Pridnestrovian citizenship and local residency at the same time. When she came back from the neighboring country, in accordance with the applicable law, the pensioner was paid all pensions for the last three years. However, the applicant considers that she has right to receive social benefits for the entire period, she was absent for various reasons in the republic. Taking the opportunity of direct dialogue with parliamentarians representing the legislature of the Republic the interests of residents of Dubossary, she handed a relevant application to the Chairman of the Supreme Council Mikhail Burla. In addition, the parliamentarian Peter Pasat assured voters that her request will be considered by his colleagues on the Committee for Economic Policy, Budget and Finance. Next visitors who came to the reception to the deputy began with gratitude that happens rarely in everyday life. Representatives of the local center "Vestnik", uniting admirers of the famous Russian artist Nikolai Rerich and educator, thanked Peter Pasat for assistance in various kinds of cultural and educational activities.

It is impossible for the center "Bulletin" to expand the noble activities for a prosaic reason - it does not have its own building. Previously, it was in the gymnasium of the town. In 2009, it was combined with school №1 as part of its optimization and then worshipers of Roerich" had no place.

The response of the deputy Peter Pasat to the requested was a promise to discuss the issue with representatives of the State Administration of Dubossary state and Dubossary district, as these issues are in the competence of local authorities.

It is noteworthy that five years ago thanks to the initiative of the members of Rerich community and assistance of the deputy of the Supreme Council Peter Pasat rebroadcasting of the Russian TV channel "Culture" in analog format started in Dubossary. This was an invaluable gift for living in Dubossary admirers of this real and not mass culture.
