Support of agricultural producers

The deputy corps even during the spring session adopted amendments to the law "On payment for land". The document was signed by the President. Now the farmers pay the land tax once a year on or before December 20. The authors of the adopted law are the deputies of the profile parliamentary committee Oleg Leontiev, Igor Yarych, Oleg Bayev and Sergei Pisarenko. Their pen belongs to the amendments to the law "On Fixed Agricultural Tax". This law-in-draft in the spring session was adopted in the first reading. Today the document passed the second reading procedure. In the authors' opinion, the payment is to be carried out monthly until the 20th of the next month at a rate of one-third of the amount of tax determined for each quarter. The deputies also spoke in favor of changing the volume of quarterly payments of the fixed agricultural tax: I, II and III quarters - 10% of the annual tax amount, IV quarter - 70%. It turns out, most of the payments of agricultural producers will be at the end of the year.

When developing changes in the existing legislation in this sphere, parliamentarians proceeded from the assumption that agriculture is a specific branch of the economy. It has features such as high risks, a seasonal gap between investment and receipt of funds. They focused on the fact that the bulk of income from the sale of agricultural production farmers get by the end of the year.

Deputies of the profile committee forecast positive dynamics in the work of farmers. The agricultural producers will have an opportunity to direct more current assets for carrying out seasonal works, and also to realize the grown products at more favorable prices. Positively, this will affect the economy of the state.

During the plenary session, amendments to the law "On Fixed Agricultural Tax" were adopted in the second reading. The document was sent for signing to the President and promulgation.
