22.01.2021

Activities aimed at supporting small businesses in the republic will continue in 2021. The Supreme Council allocated over 5 million rubles in the republican budget for these purposes. Within the framework of the state target program "Support and development of entrepreneurship in the PMR for 2019-2021", the project "Buy Pridnestrovian!" and the business school of the PMR Chamber of Commerce and Industry. More than 3.5 thousand Pridnestrovians have learned the secrets of business since 2008. Some come to business school with their own ideas, others are just looking for them. All students have a personal business plan at the end of the training.

The director of the business school added that students appreciate the great contribution from the state. When questioning, many listeners are grateful that they had the opportunity to receive free education at a high level, and they hope that the training will be continued, since when doing business, questions of a narrow focus arise.

The state can provide grants to start-up entrepreneurs. The priority sectors are domestic production and domestic tourism. In addition, more than half of the funds allocated to the Entrepreneurship Development Fund will be used to subsidize part of the interest on soft loans. The state takes over 7%. This is another tool for helping entrepreneurship.

The specialized parliamentary committee interacts with representatives of the business community. Their proposals are considered and become the reason for adjusting the current legislation.
