Those who were self-isolated after leaving the republic, the state will pay benefits for temporary disability. Among the circumstances: the funeral of close relatives, business trips, certification in educational institutions - based on the permission of the Operational Headquarters. Parents of children attending kindergartens and disabled children under 18 will also receive temporary disability benefits. This applies to those who were on sick leave during the state of emergency and quarantine. Deputies of the Supreme Council adopted in two readings at once the President's law-in-draft in the mode of legislative necessity.

The law will apply to parents of 7 year old children. The corresponding amendment was adopted by the deputy of the Supreme Council Oleg Petrik.

The temporary disability allowance is about a thousand rubles. Totally, the state will need half a million rubles for payments.
