Support for economic agents

Amendments to the law "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" were considered in the second final reading and adopted at the plenary session. The amendments apply to both legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

Legal entities that did not have time before the 15th of January but want to switch from the simplified to the general taxation regime were given the opportunity to do this before the 30th of April, 2023, in particular. The changes will also affect those legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who, following the results of their activities in 2022, exceeded the maximum income. They will retain the right to remain on the simplified taxation system.

Another addition to the law "On Additional Measures Aimed at Stabilizing the Pridnestrovian Economy" is a program of concessional lending in terms of subsidizing interest rates. The program is aimed at supporting municipal organizations that provide services for the collection and removal of solid household waste.
