Support industrial enterprises

Deputies considered the legislative initiative of the President during the last plenary session. Vadim Krasnoselsky in order to support industrial enterprises proposed to make amendments to the law “On corporate income tax”. As explained by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development Maria Glushkova, the law-in-draft provides for a number of cases in which the income tax will not be levied. The unifying factor: if at the end of the year the company developed a negative financial result. In fact, we are talking about the so-called tax on losses.

The need to adopt these measures to support the industrial sector was repeatedly noted by representatives of the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs. Their opinion was heard by the President and formed the basis of the developed law-in-draft. The position of the author was unanimously supported by the parliamentarians. Amendments to the law "On the income tax of the organization" were adopted in two readings.
