According to the decision of the Presidium the legislations are presented as a legislative initiative by deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky. Profile Committee prepared amendments to the law "On the individual entrepreneur's patent" for the second reading. Earlier, the draft law proposes to consolidate the benefits in the form of 70% and 50% reduction in fees for individual entrepreneurial patent for first-time registered as individual entrepreneurs, in the first and second years after obtaining diploma of higher professional education.

Amendments to the law-in-draft were received in the second reading. In particular, Deputy Vadim Kravchuk proposes to expand the circle of people - potential recipients of the benefits. The final decision will be taken at the plenary session.

The same day the members of parliament will receive for consideration in the first reading a law-in-draft of Vadim Krasnoselsky, introducing amendments to the law "On the order of conducting checks at the state control". The author considers it necessary to introduce in 2017-2018 the moratorium on the planned control measures in relation to legal entities with up to 50 people and individuals, including individual entrepreneurs.

In addition, legislators in the first reading discuss amendment the law "On the individual entrepreneur's patent". The aim of this initiative, developed by deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky - reducing the tax burden on citizens working under the patent. The author proposes for the next three years to establish the size of minimum wage for the calculation of the cost of enterprise patent: the production of goods, works and services - at a rate of 4 rubles for retail trade - 6 rubles. Reducing the calculated level of wages will reduce the value of a patent. For example, patent in retail trade in food products in Tiraspol will cost 450 rubles instead of 607 rubles.

The proposal was supported by members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council. Deputies consider these initiatives as relevant. It is only during 2015 the number of individual entrepreneurs was decreased by 1,200.
