Present of the Chairman of the State Duma

Deputy of the Committee on Regional Policy, the North and the Far East Problems, our compatriot Roman Khudyakov brought to Tiraspol the official congratulations of the Speaker of the State Duma of Russia Sergei Naryshkin. Russian Parliamentarian arrived in advance to Pridnestrovie for celebrations as part of the official delegation of the Russian Federation, attended the celebration of the "First Bell" in the native school №11 of Tiraspol, took part in the jubilee meeting, watched military parade in the central square of the capital, visit the National farmstead. In the legislature, he met with the Chairman of the Supreme Soviet Mikhail Burla.

The Parliament Speaker of Pridnestrovie started conversation with the deputy of the State Duma by thanking both the Russian people and the leadership of the country and personally Roman Khudyakov for the help and assistance provided for Pridnestrovians. Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of Russia, the LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who supported the full support of our republic and its recognition by Russia, always maintained a firm position in this regard.

In the course of the dialogue, the deputies exchanged views on the matter arising in Pridnestrovie through the fault of neighbors’ problems relating to freedom of movement of goods and people across borders of neighboring countries. Many of the most pressing issues of Pridnestrovie, according to Roman Khudyakov, should be risen at the site of the Russian parliament, not only of the State Duma, but also of the Federation Council, and regional legislative assemblies. The forms of collaboration can be different, "round tables", conferences, hearings.

The representative of the State Duma Roman Khudyakov noted the importance for the political life of Pridnestrovie on-coming in November legislative elections to representative bodies on the ground.

Commenting on the course and outcome of the meeting with the leaders of the Supreme Council and State Duma deputy Roman Khudyakov congratulated his colleagues, represented by the people of Pridnestrovie, on the anniversary of the republic and wished them resistance, peace and kindness.
