Moldavian Secondary School Number 3 of Dubossary is 110 years old. Deputy of the Supreme Council for constituency Number 11 Boris German purchased a set of sound equipment as part of the Fund for the Execution of Voters' Orders for the anniversary. The gift was presented by assistant parliamentarian Irina Vladimirova at the gala event. A number of school employees were presented with Letters of Gratitude from the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
The head of state administration of Dubossary and Dubossary district Ruslan Chaban noted that Moldavian school Number 3 is the pride of the city and the region. The Moldovan language and culture of the Moldovan people are preserved here. The staff of school Number 3 created a museum and a Center for Moldavian language and culture, and the ethnopark became the hallmark of the institution, the head of the Dubossary state administration emphasized.
Moldavian Secondary School Number 3 of Dubossary was opened in 1913 as a Moldavian elementary school. It became a seven-year school in 1930, and the only Moldavian school in the city received the status of a secondary school in 1934. School Number 3 of Dubossary was the only Moldavian school not only in the city, but also in the region long time. The school operated a boarding school for students from rural areas. The school's largest graduating class was in 1978. Then 123 graduates graduated from the class. There are 21 teachers working at the school today, 156 children are studying. Four of its graduates work at the school, the headmaster Vasily Dzengan is among them.
