Approximately seventy questions will be discussed on Wednesday. Among them there is the cost estimate for the organization and conduct of presidential elections in 2016 and the scheme of formation of election districts on elections of deputies of the Supreme Council of the VI convocation. Projects of relevant parliamentary regulations were developed on the basis of the study materials provided by the Central Election Commission. It is important to approve both documents in the framework of the spring session. CEC in this area carried out a serious and laborious work that was accompanied by consultation and agreement with representatives of the Supreme Council.

Another issue that parliamentarians will discuss tomorrow is received from the President law-in-draft in the regime of legislative necessity amending the Criminal Code. The President has initiated the resumption of the debate on the abolition of the limitation period for particularly serious crimes. The document was considered at the level of parliamentary committees. Whether the attitude of deputies is different to the law giving retroactive effect against which legislators were in the past year, must be announced in the near future.

The initiative on amendments and addendum to the law "On the State Reserve Fund of PMR" was presented in the regime of legislative necessity that requires urgent consideration. The document was adopted at the last meeting in the second reading, but work on improving the standards proposed by the President was continued. The Committee presented its vision to support agriculture of the republic by means of lending to agribusiness at the expense of Russia's financial assistance in the form of the next set of amendments. The law-in-draft was placed for consideration at the plenary session in the final reading.

The speaker of parliament Mikhail Burla during the meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council recalled the holding the parliamentary hearings on Compulsory Third Party Car Insurance on Thursday, July 9. The initiators of it were members of the Committee on Agriculture, Transport, Construction, Natural Resources and the Environment.
