On behalf of the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and me personally, I congratulate you on the anniversary of Tiraspol!

The birthday of the capital is our common holiday. Tiraspol is an economic, cultural, scientific center of Pridnestrovie. The main city of the country represents the republic both at the international and intermunicipal levels. Tiraspol strengthens cooperation and adopts the experience of the development of cities around the world.

The secret of the attraction of the capital, founded by the great commander Alexander Suvorov on the picturesque banks of the Dniester, is in its complicated past, in the confusion of nationalities and cultures, in the openness and affability of the inhabitants.

Every year Tiraspol acquires new attractive features, its architectural appearance is renewed. The capital of Pridnestrovie is becoming more comfortable for life, work, study, rest. It strives for the future, and in this confident advance is the merit of every work collective, a piece of love and care for every Tiraspol.

The cultural and historical heritage of the city, which was bequeathed to us by fathers and grandfathers is undeniably riches, but the main value is the people living here who create and implement their talents and knowledge for the prosperity of their native land, who sincerely love the city.
