People's deputies of Dubossary Oleg Bayev and Petr Pasat became participants in the solemn opening of honor boards in Dubossary. One of them - the natives of the district, awarded the star of the Hero of Socialist Labor, the other - modern entrepreneurs. The ceremony was also attended by representatives of labor collectives, public organizations, and local entrepreneurs.

The idea of ​​reviving the traditions of the past was made by the head of the local state administration Ruslan Chaban.

The natives of Dubossary and the rural settlements of the district supported the initiative, providing information that perpetuated the memory of the Heroes of Socialist Labor.
