At the request of citizens

Deputies of the Supreme Council immediately in two readings adopted a number of amendments and additions to the law “On State Duty”. Thus, the list of privileged categories for receiving the services of the state registration service and notary includes public organizations whose members are exclusively Prdienstrovian defenders. This, for example, is about such public services as the establishment of rights to land, real estate, etc. These public organizations can be exempted from paying them in full or in the amount of 50%.

The adopted legal norms will come into force on January 1, 2020.

Government agencies continue to implement road map points that regulate the process of providing public services to citizens. Due to the fact that the Ministry of Internal Affairs created a unified electronic system of registration of citizens, there was no need to provide such public services as home decoration (apartment) books. This is the main idea of ​​the law-in-draft amending the Law on State Duty.

At the same time, the people's representatives did not support the legislative initiative of the government on amending the same law related to the use of the State Registration Service and the notary of 50% of the funds levied as a state duty for its technical re-equipment. The parliamentarians consider that money should be allocated for a specific program of technical re-equipment of the registration service and notaries.
